A BUSINESS owner is extremely grateful for the support of Sintelliners after his takeaway has been nominated for a prestigious award.

As previously reported by the Star, the Moss Bank Express has been nominated for the regional 'Restaurant of Year' at the Asian Restaurant and Takeaway (ARTA) Awards.

Dubbed the 'Oscars of the Curry Industry', the awards ceremony is a nationwide celebration of British-Asian Cuisine and rewards "excellence, craft, and great taste" in the industry.

After 25 years in operation, the owner of Moss Bank Express says it is a privilege to have served St Helens folk for so long and an honour to be recognised in the ARTA awards.
