A TOWN centre building has been placed on the market in St Helens.
The Church Street building, which is currently occupied by tui, has been listed by estate agents Morgan Williams.
The property listing states that the building occupies a "prime location" on Church Street, as it lies along the town's high street and opposite Church Street shopping centre.
The listing also notes the incoming £90m regeneration plans in St Helens town centre, which will transform 27 acres of land surrounding the building.

Further information states that the property is of modern construction, under a pitched tile roof set over two floors, with a large glazed frontage onto Church Street.
There is also a large rear service yard for deliveries.
The entire property is let to tui UK Retail Ltd, by way of a renewed five year lease from April 1, 2024, subject to a rolling break clausre from April 1, 2025.
Morgan Williams also notes the other towns and cities and towns neighbouring St Helens, with the building quoted for sale at £300,000.
