MOTORISTS have been warned not to park on the now closed Hardshaw Centre car park.
The shopping centre closed its doors on Saturday, August 3, ahead of its demolition under the town centre regeneration plans.
The car park has also been closed.
The council said it has been made aware of a "number of cars" still using the car park today, Monday.

The local authority said the closed car park is to be fenced off to prevent access.
In a statement, St Helens Borough Council said: "We've been alerted to a number of cars parking on Hardshaw Centre's car park.
"This is now closed and fences will be put in place shortly to stop any more vehicles from gaining access as the centre is now closed."
