A NEW planning application to create a pool house at a property has been drawn up.
The Star reported earlier this year after proposals for the development of a pool house at High Trees, on Holme Close, Eccleston Park, were refused.
The plans had involved the removal of two protected trees which was said to have "not been adequately justified".

A fresh application for the pool house "within the existing curtilage of the property" has now been sent to council planners.
The new application states that no trees will need to be removed or pruned due to the development.
The plans are on standard consultation to the public until Wednesday, August 14.
A decision is expected on the application by September 13.
