DATA collected over the past five years has highlighted St Helens's Most and Least Expensive Streets.
Gathering five years' worth of sold house price data across the St Helens postcodes, St Berthold Gate, Springfield Lane and Walton Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the region. Some of the cheapest residential streets in St Helens include Lower Hall Street, Lower Hall Street and Pocket Nook Street.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the St Helens postcodes.
On St Berthold Gate (WA10), 12 properties sold for an average of £622,357. Springfield Lane (WA10), 3 properties sold for an average of £560,000. Also, Walton Road (WA10) saw 3 properties sell for an average of £526,650.
Some of the cheapest streets include Lower Hall Street (WA10) (where 14 properties sold for an average of £43,464), Lower Hall Street (WA10) (where 7 properties sold for an average of £46,821) and Pocket Nook Street (WA9) (where 3 properties sold for an average of £49,333).
Commenting on the data Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.” “It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Brooklands Road (WA10) sold for £925,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £32,000 and under on Castell Grove (WA10), Liberty Place (WA10) and Lower Hall Street (WA10),” he concludes.
