CLASSICAL music superstar André Rieu is coming to a cinema near you!

For two weeks each summer, André – nicknamed The King of Waltz – captivates audiences in his hometown of Maastricht.

From August 31 and into September, this summer concert series will be screened at St Helens Cineworld on Chalon Way West.

André will be joined on stage in Vrijthof Square by his Johann Strauss Orchestra for his latest masterpiece – Power of Love – and it’s coming to a silver screen near you.

Presented by Piece of Magic Entertainment, the feature-length concert promises to transport viewers to the grandeur of Maastricht’s historic medieval square, where they can indulge in classics, show tunes and waltzes.

Good Morning Britain and Classic FM presenter Charlotte Hawkins will provide exclusive backstage access and there will be an exclusive interview with André, available only to cinemagoers.

For 2024, André will be joined by special guests including 16-year-old Emma Kok, who wowed André with a performance of Voilà on the Dutch version of The Voice Kids, and a special brass band ensemble of more than 400 people.

Power of Love will be at St Helens Cineworld between Saturday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 4.
