A PUB that has gone from strength to strength since its renovation will host its second music festival later this year.

The Moss Bank Music Festival has been a big hit at the Moss Bank Hotel over the years; with a variety of sing-songwriters, up-and-coming bands, and tribute acts bringing in an electric atmosphere.

The Moss Bank Road pub was transformed with a huge renovation project in 2021, and boasts a modern bar and interior, as well as outdoor seating, a popular food menu, live music performances, televised sports and quiz nights.

With many of the pub's previous festivals selling out, the latest event took place in May, which had Alex Hilditch, Shakemaker, and The Beatles For Sale performing.

With a second festival set to take place on Saturday, September 7, this event will have Jess Cosy, Kiera Weathers, Off The Rails, Jeremiah Ferrari, and Queen tribute One Vision performing.

As organisers pride themselves on providing "something for everyone", they are hoping for another sell out in September.

The Moss Bank Music Festival will take place on Saturday, September 7, from 1.30pm. Wristbands can be purchased at the pub for £15 (adults) and £10 (under 18s).
