A FAMILY business that is not afraid to try something new has been expanding its offer even further this summer.
Launched by partners Ste Cooper and Hannah Denning in November 2021, Carouse has become an increasingly popular place for small plates, cocktails, and live entertainment in Rainhill.
As Rainhill has developed its reputation as an area with an increasing number of thriving independent businesses, Ste and Hannah have continued to diversify Carouse's offer to encourage more visitors to the Station Street venue.
This has included new food and drink menus, an increasing number of live music events, and a growing outside event space.

With the space close to Rainhill railway station blocked off by road closures, the Carouse team has placed seats and canopies underneath their street light installation to create a vibrant outdoor atmosphere.
Although this can be weather dependent, Carouse has also provided an outdoor bar and street food cart for visitors, along with live music that entertains guests throughout the day.
A more recent addition to the Carouse line-up has been 'Fairway Golf', a mini-golf business venture launched by a Carouse customer who designed the idea for his daughter's wedding, which has been a hit with customers of all ages.
Speaking about the business, dad-of-one Ste said: "Ever since opening Carouse, we have tried to provide something exciting that people want to engage with.
"We understand that there is a lot of competition where people can travel, so it is important for us to provide a different and diverse offer and keep things fresh and exciting for our customers.
"We've worked alongside the Acoustic Bar and Commerical Hotel to expand this idea onto the street to offer people more things to do throughout the day, and it seems to have been working really well so far.
"You can't stagnate in hospitality so you have got to keep going and trying something new!".
