The guide price is set at £525,000. Property information on the sale listing states it may be suitable for alternative use.
The property, which has on site parking, is a Victorian detached property with original features.
Situated on a prominent main road position, approximately one mile from St Helens, it stands opposite Taylor Park.

On Rightmove the listing states: "We have been informed by the seller that the property is currently operating as a hotel/guest house generating an average of £10k per month.
"The property may suit alternative uses eg HMO, conversion/development subject to the required consents being obtained."
The Star has reported in recent weeks how a number of St Helens properties have been listed on online auctions.
It goes up for auction on June 25, with Auction House North West.
