AN appeal has been launched to find a man wanted on recall to prison from Whiston with links to St Helens.
James Towey, 38, is wanted on a recall to prison after he breached his licence conditions.
He is described as 5ft 10in tall, has a slim build, short hair and green eyes. He also has tattoos on both arms and wrists.
Towey has links to St Helens, police say.
