Police siren flashing blue lights at accident or crime scene
MOTORISTS are being warned of delays after an accident left one of the region's road partially blocked this morning.
According to reports by traffic monitoring service Inrix, the Knowsley Expressway Southbound partially blocked, with queueing traffic from M57 J1 (Tarbock Island, Tarbock) to A562 Speke Road (Hale Bank).
It is reported traffic is now able to get past the incident, however, it has caused delays in rush hour.
