HOLLYOAKS star Carley Stenson - who hails from St Helens - and her husband Danny Mac have welcomed their second child together.
Carley, 41, shared on Instagram in April that she was expecting again - and this week the couple shared another post to reveal she had given birth.
They wrote in the caption of the photo which showed them leaving hospital: "Beauie Mac Been in our LOVE bubble since 18/04/24. We adore you."
Messages of congratulations flooded in for the couple. Presenter Laura Whitmore and the soap actress Nikki Sanderson were among those to add messages below the post.
Carley and Danny, who met when they were both in Channel Four soap Hollyoaks, wed six years ago and welcomed their first child, daughter Skye, in 2021.
Billinge-born Carley is best known for playing Steph Cunningham in Hollyoaks between 2000 and 2011.
As a child, Carley competed in talent competitions hosted by the St Helens Star.
After leaving Hollyoaks, she appeared in a string of West End shows including playing Elle Woods in Legally Blonde The Musical and Fantine in Les Miserables.
She also played the role of Harriet Shelton in the BBC soap opera Doctors.
