A MAN who rode an e-scooter with drugs in his system has been banned from the road for a year.
Peter Bamber, of Broad Oak Road, Parr, appeared at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 30.
Bamber, 43, pleaded guilty to a drug driving charge. On November 12, 2023, the defendant rode a black e-scooter on Malvern Road, Parr, with delta-9-, a constituent of cannabis in his system.

Bamber also admitted to driving without a licence and without insurance.
The 43-year-old was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120 for the drug driving.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £48 surcharge.
The defendant was given no separate penalty for the driving without a licence and insurance offences.
