A FORMER nightclub and pub building in St Helens town centre is on the market - with an asking price of £350,000.
The former Zoo Bar building, which was known as Kingdom in its most recent incarnation, is up for sale.
Leisure property specialist Fleurets have listed the Westfield Street venue as up for sale.
Property website Rightmove states an asking price of £350,000.
Its previous recent uses also include as Punch Tarmey's pub and Circus bar.
The venue was boarded up earlier this year just three months after it had relaunched as Kingdom nightclub.

In a description, Fleurets said: "The modern 4,000 sq. ft unit sits in the heart of the town centre where there is a variety of high street retail shops, local businesses and leisure operators along the entire street.
"Currently closed, and stripped out of any fixtures and fittings, there is potential for this well positioned business".
Tim Martin, divisional director of Fleurets North West said: “An experienced operator may feel that there is an opportunity to re-establish the trade and operate it as a freehold freehouse.”
The property is spread across two storeys with a glass panel frontage – although it is currently boarded while the property is vacant.
There is trading area with a kitchen to the first floor as well as a licensed outside drinking area.
