Which salon or nail technician makes your nails look picture perfect?

Is there one place which stands out above all others and deserves to be recognised as the best nail salon in St Helens?

Hot on the heels of the first two searches for St Helens’ Best for Hair and Best for Pies, the third category in our Best of 2024 competition will focus on nails.

We were inundated with nominations for the best hair salon, barbershop or independent stylist in St Helens and where to pick up a perfect pie in the town but now we’re turning our attention to nails.

We know there are lots of great nail salons and nail technicians in St Helens so, let us know who deserves to be featured in our final shortlist and why.

So far in our Best of 2024 competition, we’ve searched for St Helens’ Best for Hair and Best for Pies.

At Gems took the first title and the shortlist for the area’s Best for Pies was revealed yesterday, Thursday.

This week’s it’s nails!

HOW IT WORKS:

Each Friday morning we will reveal new categories via our social media pages and ask you who is the best. Nominations will then close each Monday morning at 12pm.

Every Thursday we will publish a shortlist of finalists with voting officially opening.

You will be able to vote in one of three ways:

- By commenting under the relevant post on our St Helens Star Facebook or X (Twitter) pages = 1 vote

- By entering via the online article on our St Helens Star website = 2 votes

- By entering via our St Helens Star newspaper = 5 votes

Voting closes each Sunday evening at midnight.

The following Wednesday evening we will announce the winner of that category on social media.
