TWO vehicles collided at a busy junction next to a hospital on Saturday morning.
At around 10.30am on Saturday, April 20, it has been reported that a collision took place along Warrington Road, at the junction with Delph Lane opposite Whiston Hospital.
Police and paramedics quickly descended on the scene, which caused concern and traffic delays as officers dealt with the incident.
On social media, residents reported that the junction has been a common spot for collisions and near-misses in recent years.

Although the collision caused damage to the vehicles, Merseyside Police has confirmed that no injuries were reported following the crash.
