A WOMAN was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a car which "lost control" crashed into other vehicles on the East Lancashire Road.
Police were called after the crash, at the junction with Stanley Bank Way, in Haydock, at around 9.40pm last night, Wednesday, April 17.
It was reported that a Dacia Sandero had lost control and been in collision with other cars.
There were no injuries suffered in the crash, police said.
A 26-year-old woman from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody.

A Merseyside Police spokesman said: "We have arrested a woman on suspicion of drink driving following an incident in Haydock last night, Wednesday, April 17.
"At around 9.40pm, officers were called to the East Lancs Road at the junction with Stanley Bank Way to reports of a Dacia Sandero having lost control and been in collision with other cars. No injuries were reported.
"A 26-year-old woman from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody.
"The road was reopened at around 11.30pm."
