POLICE were called to a report of someone being on the roof a premises this morning (Wednesday).
Residents reported seeing officers in the area of Derbyshire Hill Road, in Parr, earlier today, April 17.
A police spokesman confirmed that they had received reports over "two males", one of whom was believed to have gone on to the roof of a premises next to The Horseshoe pub.
He said the suspects fled the area as police patrols attended and issued an appeal for anyone with information or footage to come forward.

The Merseyside Police spokesman said: "We were called to Derbyshire Hill Road at around 10.15am today, Wednesday, April 17 to reports of two males, one of whom was believed to have been on the roof of a premises next to the Horse Shoe pub.
"Patrols attended and the males had made off."
He added: "Anyone with information or who may have captured this incident can contact @MerPolCC with reference 260 of today’s date (April 17, 2024)."
