TWO teenagers have been charged with wounding in connection with an alleged attack in Prescot town centre.
Officers from Knowsley's Targeted Team and Neighbourhood Policing Team were called on Tuesday, October 17 last year, after an assault was reported on Eccleston Street in Prescot.
As part of the investigation, two 16-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of wounding.

Both suspects were later released on conditional bail, with conditions preventing them from entering the Prescot Town Centre area.
A Merseyside Police spokesman has confirmed that a 17-year-old boy from Prescot and a 16-year-old boy from Roby have been charged with wounding with intent in connection with the incident.
They were due to make a first appearance in court on Tuesday.
