IT’S back!
After the hugely successful St Helens Star Best of 2023 competition, another year means another competition.
Best of 2024 will be launching this Friday aiming to find the best that St Helens has to offer in a whole host of categories.
From fish and chips to fitness, pies to pizzas and roast dinners to restaurants, we will be asking you, our readers, which venue or business deserves to take each title.
Each week, we’ll put together a shortlist and then give you the chance to vote for your favourite before we crown the overall winner.
As well as some of the popular categories from last year like Best for Hair, Best Independent Shop and Best Burger, we’ve added a few new ones to the competition.
Keep an eye on our website and our social media each Friday morning, when we will launch a new Best of 2024 search and then we will reveal the shortlist the following Thursday.
Votes can be cast on our website, on our social media channels – Facebook and Twitter – as well as in the St Helens Star, which is in shops every Thursday.
What will the first competition be? And who will you nominate to make the shortlist?
Keep an eye on our website and social media tomorrow, when we'll be launching the first category.
