The driver of this Golf failed to stop in St Helens. The driver abandoned the vehicle but couldn't outrun Zargo the shepherd. He tested positive for Cocaine (the 2nd time this month!) and was arrested. He'd also abandoned his girlfriend, who was found in possession of Ketamine!! pic.twitter.com/gHVKbb2oF5
