A WOMAN has been charged after a postman’s finger was injured by a dog.
A postman was walking along Windle Hall Drive, Windlehurst, on Friday, November 3, last year, when a dog ran out of a house towards him.
The postman suffered an injury to a finger, police said.

Nicola Edgerton, of Windle Hall Drive, Windlehurst has been charged with being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
Merseyside Police said the 39-year-old will appear before a magistrates' court at a later date.
