ONE of the town's landmark pub buildings has been placed on the market.
The site of the Bird I'th Hand, on Prescot Road, which continues to trade, has been listed on property website Rightmove as up for sale by leisure property specialists Fleurets.
The listing says key features include a "landmark community pub", five-bed private flat, kitchen, beer patio and car park.
It says the site also "may suit alternative use".
The 7,373 sq. ft site is on sale for an asking price of £375,000.
