CHRISTMAS can be a time that causes financial worries for many.
With this in mind, St Helens Citizens Advice has provided a list of services to contact over debt concerns during this Christmas and New Year period.
The St Helens CAB's services resumes from January 2 to help residents with managing their debts and is open through our normal channels.

In the meantime there is nationwide free debt advice which can be accessed over the phone and online including over the Christmas period

In a statement, St Helens CAB said: "Citizens Advice St Helens serves all residents of our borough and adheres to the principles of free, confidential, impartial, independent advice
"We would encourage anyone struggling with money worries over the winter to consider seeking specialist advice from ourselves.
"Our advisers can guide you through a step-by-step process to help bring debts under control, find a solution and reduce stress."
