A MAN has been arrested for suspected drug driving offences in St Helens.
Merseyside Police's Roads Policing Unit announced on Wednesday, December 6, that a driver had been pulled over and arrested in St Helens.
Officers explained that they had received a report from the public that the vehicle "smelled of cannabis".

Police say that they stopped the vehicle on Marshalls Cross Road and the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
Officers confirmed that the driver, a 28-year-old man, has since been released under investigation.
