A PERVERT who exposed himself to teenagers near a children’s play area has been jailed again.

Jamie Scott was sent to prison last year for his disgusting behaviour which happened in broad daylight.

The offence saw Scott, of no fixed abode but formerly of Arpley Street in Warrington town centre, expose his penis and perform sex acts on himself in Sankey Valley Park.

He was looking directly at the girls while committing the sexual offence.

By doing this, he also breached a sexual harm prevention order.

He received 27 months in prison.

Now, Scott has found himself back before the courts for failing to comply with notification requirements while on the sex offenders register.

Court documents state how on September 21 and October 2 this year, the 36-year-old failed to complete his seven-day no-fixed abode registration.

He appeared before Warrington Magistrates’ Court last week for sentencing after pleading guilty to failing to comply with notification requirements.

Here, he received 18 weeks in prison due to his ‘flagrant disregard’ for court orders and previous breaches of his sexual harm prevention order and notification requirements.

He was also jailed due to him being a ‘dangerous risk’ to the public given his history of offending, say court documents.
