A WOMAN suspected of stealing nearly £2,000 worth of items from a retail park has been arrested.
Officers made the arrest yesterday, Tuesday, evening, December 5.
Police say the woman is suspected of stealing the items between Saturday and Monday.

In a statement on Tuesday, Merseyside Police said: "Officers from Huyton Neighbourhood Team have this evening arrested a (suspected) shoplifter in the Prescot area.
"The female is suspected of stealing nearly £2,000 of items from shops on Cables Retail Park between Saturday, December 2 and Monday, December 4.
"She remains in custody awaiting questioning."
