A MAN has been charged with drugs possession and obstructing a police constable after officers attended an address.
The Star reported after police attended a property in Prescot on Sunday, December 3, and arrested a 25-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman on suspicion of drug offences.
When asked for an update, a Merseyside Police spokeswoman said that a man has since been charged with a drug offence.
At around 7.50pm on Sunday, December 3, officers arrested a man and a woman in Hayes Avenue in Prescot.

Ben Hampson, of Wildcherry Gardens, Rainhill, has been charged with possession of a controlled Class B drug (cannabis) and obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of duty.
He has been bailed to appear in court at a later date.
Meanwhile, a 20-year-old woman, from St Helens, who was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled Class B drug (cannabis), has been released with no further action.
