POLICE have slammed a closure order on a property after reports of drug use and associated criminality in relation to it.
The shutdown has been secured on a house on Robins Lane, in Sutton.
Police say there have been "numerous reports" of anti-social behaviour, drug use and associated criminality.
Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court granted the order on the property on Friday, December 1, which lasts for six months.

This enables police to now control the property and any unauthorised access could result in arrest leading to imprisonment.
In a statement, officers said: "St Helens Police have successfully obtained a full closure order against 179 Robins Lane, St Helens, WA9 3NU.
"Officers attended at Liverpool & Knowsley Magistrates on Friday, December 1, 2023 and were successful in their application to close the property until Friday, March 1, 2024, following numerous reports of anti-Social behaviour, drug use and associated criminality.
"Merseyside Police now control the property and any unauthorised access could result in arrest leading to six-month imprisonment, a £5,000 fine or both."
