IT'S December tomorrow and that means the countdown to Christmas is on - and the Elf on the Shelf will be making an appearance in homes.
The mischievous elves capture the imagination of children each December as they create all kinds of madness and mayhem during the night.
Santa sends the elves from the North Pole to keep an eye on children in the lead up to Christmas so he knows who to put on the naughty list and who needs to go on the nice list.
