THERE are traffic delays on the M6 near Haydock Island after a crash this afternoon, Thursday.
Traffic has been moving slowly due to the collision on the M6 northbound from Junction 23, to Junction 24.

Live traffic tracker INRIX stated as of just before 2pm: "Slow traffic due to earlier accident on M6 Northbound from J23 A580 East Lancashire Road (Haydock) to J24 A58 Liverpool Road (Ashton-in Makerfield).
"All lanes have been re-opened."
