With the awards ceremony celebrating the exceptional work and innovation in the hair, beauty, and tattooing sector, Blonde was one of the lucky winners in the North West category, highlighting its position as one of the best in the region.
Katie Hunter, who has worked at the salon for 15 years and will soon take over the business, said: "I'm not sure who nominated us for the award but I know a lot of our clients were voting for us, which was really nice to see.
"We've been in the same shop for the past 18 years and have some really lovely clients, so it's a nice pat on the back for the work we've been doing.
"Three of us have been working together for around 15 years or so, and we all love it here so it's like a little family."
After the difficulties of the pandemic and cost of living crisis, Blonde's award win proves that the business is still on the right track after almost 20 years.
With the business also selling hair and beauty products in the salon, they aim to continue providing their high-quality offer and reaching more clients in the community.
