A POPULAR burger restaurant is bringing back its mouth-watering breakfast menu that was loved by customers.
Launching in Thatto Heath in 2018, 'Brothers Burgers' has gone from strength to strength over the years, and expanded into Warrington and Haydock due to popular demand.
Highlighting the business' popularity, Brothers Burgers has also attracted a host of coveted awards over the years, such as the national Good Food Awards, the North West 'Takeaway of the Year', and the Star's 'Best Burger'.
Following this success, owners Darren and Steven Leigh have decided to expand the business' current offer and bring back the popular breakfast menu that fell by the wayside during the pandemic.

Relaunching the menu on Thursday, November 23, the breakfast items will be available at the Thatto Heath restaurant from Thursday through to Sunday, from 9am to 12pm.
Popular breakfast items are returning to Brothers, including bacon and sausage muffins, hash browns, and a Full English, as well as new treats such as American-style pancakes, French Toast.
There will also be hot drinks on the "best coffee" to help Sintelliners have a good start to the day.
The brothers said: "Since lockdown came along, the breakfast menu has been a hot topic.
"The reason for stopping it in lockdown was because it was just too much of a workload on the staff. Customers weren’t allowed in store and delivery just wasn’t viable at the time, so we wanted to try and ease the workload and cut the menu right back.
"So the menu has been on the back burner [because of this] and due to the demand of the main menu.
"However, bringing in a new breakfast team has been the main factor in making it manageable.
"A lot of thought has gone into bringing it back, mostly down to the huge demand, and the aim was to bring it back bigger and better and I think we have achieved this!"
Despite its popularity, Brothers Burgers has faced many difficulties throughout the pandemic and cost of living crisis, which has forced the team to increase prices in order to survive.
However, the numerous accolades the business has achieved have assured the team that they are doing the right things and given them the confidence to try new ideas like the breakfast menu.
With a focus on high-quality burgers, wings, wraps, and more, the Brothers team aim to continue growing their reputation with their extended menu and reach more people in the community.
