RESIDENTS in parts of St Helens have been hit by a loss of power in the early hours of this morning (Monday).
Addresses in Clock Face, around the area of Gorsey Lane have been affected. Bold Heath has also been impacted as well as properties in nearby Burtonwood.
Scottish Power says the issue was reported at 4.46am.
They add that power is expected to be returned this morning but currently remains ongoing as of shortly before 10am.

In a statement, Scottish Power said: "We are aware of a fault in your area. If you require more information please call us on: Central and Southern Scotland: 0800 092 9290 . Cheshire, Merseyside, North Wales and North Shropshire: 0800 001 5400."
