POLICE were called to the area near the Dream statue after the "non-suspicious" death of a man.
A police presence was seen at the area near to the Dream statue, off Jubits Lane, Sutton Manor, on Sunday afternoon, October 8, around 1pm.
Several police vehicles were seen at the location and officers were seen going into the woodland.

When asked about their presence in the area, a Merseyside Police spokeswoman confirmed that this related "to the non-suspicious death of a man in his 40s".
She added the matter has been referred to the coroner.
