POLICE say they seized alcohol and laughing gas canisters from a "large group" of youths.
Officers attended Carr Mill Dam on Monday evening, June 26, and recovered the booze and nitrous oxide canisters from teenagers at the location.
Police have fired out a warning to young people and to parents ahead of the school summer holidays.

In a statement on Monday, officers in St Helens said: "Team 1 appreciate the end of school is here for some of the young people of St Helens.
"That said, please think before attending locations across the town over the next few weeks putting yourself and others at serious risk.
"Tonight, our officers have attended at Carr Mill Dam and recovered alcohol and nitrous oxide gas cannisters from a large group of youths.
"Parents, have a child in Year 11? Please find out where they are!"
