THE owner of a coffee and home shop in Newton-le-Willows has announced the business will expand.
Debbie Makin, owner of Fika Coffee and Home will introduce a deli shop at the premises following business success and feedback from customers.
The coffee and home shop, located just off Newton High Street, opened in March as the owner of Willows Womenswear wanted to introduce another business to the area.
Discussing the business expansion, Debbie said: “Due to the success of Fika Coffee and Home and listening to the feedback of our customers, we saw an extra niche to our new venture and decided to open The Deli at Fika.
“We are expanding our offerings as we believe this is what customers want and the High Street needs.
“We will not only offer the deli as a shop but will serve our quality sourced products on our menu too.
“We are so excited to welcome everyone and hope to be open the deli by July 1; please follow us on Facebook and Instagram for updates.”
The deli will offer artisan treats including sourdough breads, cheeses, and meats, along with savouries such as scotch eggs and pork pies.
The deli is hoped to open by Saturday, July 1.
