A GIRL was injured after being bitten by a dog.
Police received a report after a girl suffered bruising to an arm after being bitten by a canine in Thatto Heath.
The dog attack reportedly happened on Timore Avenue, on Saturday afternoon, May 6.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said: "At around 4.30pm on Saturday 6 May officers received a report that a dog had bitten a girl on Timore Avenue on Thatto Heath.
"The girl suffered bruising to her arm.
"Police inquiries are ongoing in the area."
