A CAFE had to close temporarily after a car crashed into its premises.
The collision happened overnight outside Momo's, on Westfield Street, in St Helens town centre.

Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service taped off the scene while emergency services were in attendance.
The cordon has since been lifted.
In a public post on its Facebook page this morning, Momo's said: "Good Morning. I’m afraid to tell you there was an accident at the shop overnight and we will be closed for a little while.
"Please do not come down as the whole area is a mess. Everything is in hand, the Council, The Police and GUD builders have everything nearly secure and safe.
"The man is ok and is being looked after at Whiston. We are praying for him."
In a statement, Momo's added that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The business asked people to keep him in their thoughts.
The Star has attempted to make contact with emergency services for more details on the incident.
