A MAN was arrested on suspicion of assault and criminal damage after police were called to a retail park.
Officers attended Cables Retail Park, in Prescot, on Wednesday, April 26 after receiving a report of a disturbance from members of the public.
Police say they arrested a suspect in connection with an assault and criminal damage.

Officers also carried out patrols in Prescot town centre in a bid to prevent anti-social behaviour.
In a statement on Wednesday, police said: "The Knowsley Policing Team continued to patrol the Prescot Town Centre area yesterday to prevent anti-social behaviour.
"A further three Dispersal Notices were issued.
"Officers also arrested an adult man on suspicion of assault and criminal damage at Cables Retail Park, after calls from concerned members of the public.
"Information for the police? DM Merseyside Police Contact Centre or Crimestoppers."
