POLICE seized a stolen motorbike which youths had attempted to "hide" under some logs.
Officers received calls on Sunday afternoon, April 16, that a group of youths were riding a suspected stolen motorcycle in the Parr area.
They made their way through Bold Moss in search of the group.
Police said that, following the tyre tracks, officers were able to follow the trail.

A short time later the motorcycle was found by officers who said the youths had attempted to "hide" it under some logs.
The bike was recovered by officers.
In a post, police in St Helens said: "Look at the state of that. Poor effort
"Sometimes we just can't help but laugh. Who hides a motorbike under a log?
"The motorcycle was recovered and efforts will be made to trace the owner.
"This isn't a trick. There is definitely a motorbike in the photo. See if you can spot it."
