AN EIGHTEEN-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after police were called to a report of a domestic incident in Prescot.

Officers received a report at around 5.40am on Tuesday, April 11, of a disturbance between a man and a woman on St Helens Road.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, common assault, and threat to damage property.

He has been bailed pending further inquiries, a police spokeswoman added.
