A ROAD traffic collision was reported on a quiet street in St Helens this morning.
At around 7.25am on Tuesday, March 7, a road traffic collision was reported on Tolver Street, close to St Helens town centre.
The incident was recorded as a damage-only collision, with one driver sustaining slight injuries.
A passer-by told the Star that a red Skoda Octavia crashed into a parked Citreon C4 on the quiet street.

The impact caused damage to the Citreon and resulted in it mounting the curb, which is not believed to have had any passengers inside.
Confirming the details of the incident, a Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "We can confirm that officers were in St Helens following a damage-only RTC this morning, Tuesday, March 7.
"At around 7.25am, a collision was reported involving a Skoda Octavia and a Citroen C4 in Tolver Street.
"One driver sustained slight injuries and both cars were recovered."
