A PLANNING application has been drawn up seeking to convert a former computer shop premises into residential homes.
Proposals have been sent in for a change of use of the former Jupiter IT Solutions on West End Road, Haydock, to two homes, along with a demolition of an existing rear extension.
Plans include for the creation of two front porches and external alterations.

A cover letter in the plans states: "The site itself consists of 205-207 West End Road and was formerly in use as a computer repair shop on the ground floor with ancillary storage spaces above.
"It is confirmed that both floors have been vacant since at least December 2021."
It adds: "The proposal seeks consent for the change of use and subdivision of the property to form two new, two-storey dwellinghouses.
"Both properties (to be known as 205 and 207 West End Road) will feature two bedrooms over two storeys".
Standard consultation of plans to the public lasts until Thursday, March 23.
A determination deadline has been set for April 17.
