BILLINGE-born West End star Carley Stenson is donning her skates this weekend as she joins the lineup of Dancing on Ice 2023.
Mum-of-one Carley, who found fame on Hollyoaks before getting big roles on the West End stage in Les Miserables as Fantine, joins 10 other celebrities taking to the ice for their first show this Sunday, January 15.
The ITV skating competition, hosted by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, returns for its 15th series this weekend.
Taking to social media, Carley, who is partnered with ice skater Mark Hanretty ,said: “Mark and I are almost too excited to perform for you guys and are sooooo grateful for the love and support already.”
Other stars in the line-up include reality star and former The Only Way Is Essex cast member Joey Essex, RuPaul Drag Race star The Vivienne, former professional footballer John Fashanu, Love Island winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu, The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran, Comedian Darren Harriott, former EastEnders star and DJ Patsy Palmer, Olympic bronze medal-winning gymnast Nile Wilson, Former Liberty X star Michelle Heaton and Coronation Street actress Mollie Gallagher.
Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who won gold at the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo in 1984, return to the judging panel.
The pair will be joined by Diversity dancer Ashley Banjo and former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Oti Mabuse.
Dancing On Ice begins on January 15 at 6.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
