HERE is a glimpse inside the new JD Gyms in St Helens which launched just before Christmas.
As the Star reported, JD Gyms, part of JD Sports Fashion group, has transformed the former Xercise4Less St Helens on Boundary Road into JD Gyms St Helens.

The premises underwent a renovation, along with the adjacent Farmfoods supermarket which reopened on Saturday, December 10, after a refurbishment.
The gym features hundreds of pieces of kit, free weights and cardio areas, a prowler/sled track, boxing area and an Eleiko functional rig, plus saunas in luxury changing rooms.
The gym will be open 24/7 and will have free parking on site.
JD Gyms St Helens announced its launch on Monday, December 19.
