The religions discussed included Hinduism, Judaism, and Buddhism, with pupils able to try on religious clothes and take part in activities such as meditation.
During the two-week celebration, the primary school had visits from a Buddhist Monk, The Hebrew Congregation, and a St Helens Mosque and a Hindu workshop.
Pupils also had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about different traditions with fellow classmates.
Paul Robinson, headteacher at St Peter’s C of E Primary School, said: "This was a hugely successful two weeks where our pupils were able to increase their awareness of different communities.
"It is vitally important that our young people learn about other cultures, and I would like to thank all our visitors for engaging so well with our pupils and giving them such wonderful insight into their faiths."
