POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a collision cars and a HGV on the M57 last week.

The collision happened on the motorway in Stockbridge Village on Tuesday, November 29.
 
Officers received a report that a white Seat Ibiza, a blue Volkswagen Transport and a HGV were involved in a collision between junctions three and four of the M57 at around 8.20am.
 
One of the drivers suffered minor injuries to his hand after one of the vehicles narrowly missed a heavy goods vehicle.
 
The drivers stopped at the scene and are assisting officers with their inquiries, police say. 
 
A Merseyside Police spokeswoman added: "We are appealing for any motorists who were driving between junction three and four of the M57 motorway and saw the incident or has any dash camera footage which may assist our enquiries.

"Any footage or information you have could be vital to our ongoing investigation."
