A MAN who raped a young woman after she was refused entry from a Wigan nightclub has had his identity revealed.
Tyquante Reid, who is from Dallow Road in Luton, Bedfordshire, followed an 18-year-old woman after she was refused entry to the Popworld nightclub on April 18 and was separated from her friends.
Reid, who was 17 at the time of the offence, and a 16-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, ushered her into a taxi and took her to a flat in Aspull, where they took turns to rape her.

Sentenced at Manchester Crown Court this week, the two males were described as showing "disturbing predatory behaviour".
The court heard how despite the girl begging to go home, the offenders told her she could only leave if she performed oral sex on them.
After getting in touch with the police on the pretext of taking a call from a taxi, the woman reported she had been raped and did not know where she was.
The operator advised her to leave the flat and knock on a door for help, where she waited until the police arrived.
Two offenders found guilty
This week's sentencing followed a trial in October, where Tyquante Reid was found guilty of two counts of rape.
The 16-year-old was found guilty of two counts of rape and one count of assault by penetration.
Reid and the other teenage boy were sentenced to six years and eight months, and six years and six months detention respectively, for raping the woman.
Disturbing predatory behaviour
Wendy Chappell Senior Crown Prosecutor for CPS North West said: “These two young men showed disturbing predatory behaviour when they targeted a woman who was clearly incapable of consent through drink, in order to rape her.
“They put the woman through the further traumatic ordeal of having to relive her experience by testifying against them at a trial.
“I would like to commend this extremely brave young woman for her quick thinking in reporting it to the police and seeking safety. Her courageous actions have undoubtedly saved other woman from harm at the hands of these dangerous sexual predators.”
