TRAFFIC has been reported on motorways around St Helens this morning.
On Tuesday, November 29, it has been reported that a vehicle has broken down on the M62 Eastbound around Birchwood.
Traffic is reported to be backed up from Junction 11 Birchwood Way to J12 at the Eccles Interchange.
One lane is closed and slow traffic has been reported.
